Yes, we do. You only pay when a tenant has been found.

The fee is only 1 month upfront and service charge every month of the tenancy. The service charge is according to your unit’s condition (furnished or non furnished; room rental or whole unit rental). You may contact us or send in contact us form to let us know. Our support team will response to you within 24-hour.

Generally, fair wear and tear are borne by the tenant and structural defects are borne by landlord. A detailed information of maintenance responsibilities can be found in your tenancy agreement.

The tenant may request for maintenance services by contacting City Home directly. If the type of maintenance is determined to be your responsibility, we will inform you.

Advance rental, security deposit and utility deposit will be collected from the tenant. The tenant’s payment will be transferred to you within one day of key handover.

You should return the total deposit to the tenant directly at the end of the tenancy, within 14 days upon expiry, as stipulate in the tenancy agreement.

The tenant will pay rent through City Home’s secured payment gateway. Our collection program covers payments, collections and sending of notice of demand in case of late payments.

The rent will be transferred to you in your preferred bank account.

It would be a hassle free, especially if repair work is needed. We would take photos or video if it necessary for Owner to do repair. Furthermore, we will do inspection and provide your home images report for every six months.
